Tony is a Silicon Valley venture capital veteran. He was general partner of Venrock Associates for over 30 years and served as Managing General Partner and CEO from 2002-2010. During this time, Tony invested in over 60 technology companies with more than two-dozen successful IPO or M&A events. In 2000, he founded GGV Capital, a $1 billion China-focused venture capital fund. Forbes named Mr. Sun to the Forbes Midas list in 2002. Tony sits on the boards of CM Capital, Knightsbridge Capital, and various public and private companies. He is dedicated to serving education and non-profit organizations and was founding board member of the Harvard Business School Research Center of California, and currently sits on the Boards of the San Francisco Asian Art Museum, MIT Center for International Studies, the Harvard China Fund, and the Committee of 100 (a bi-partisan organization of prominent Chinese Americans to address US-China relations).
Jim is a serial entrepreneur and an advisor to venture capital firms and early stage companies. He was the founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Activision Inc. (now Activision Blizzard), the world’s largest game software company. He created Activision in 1979 with a vision of building a software company that would be a leader in the creation, marketing and distribution of entertainment software for the rapidly-growing computer and video gaming audience. Under Jim’s leadership, Activision went public in 1973. Jim has also started or managed businesses in the packaged goods, publishing, direct marketing, music, broadcasting and Internet services industries, and has served as an advisor to, or director of, a number of start ups, venture capital firms, and those firms’ portfolio companies.

Frank co-founded Salesforce.com, one of the most recognized enterprise sales automation software companies in the world, along with Marc Benioff, Dave Moellenhoff and Parker Harris in May, 1999. The partners’ commitment to delivering their product as an online, multi-tenant service helped pave the way for how software is delivered today.
While at Salesforce.com, Frank was instrumental in defining the architecture and software framework for the company’s automation solution aimed at the customer relationship management (CRM) application market. In doing so, he developed a skill set and best practices unique to creating a highly successful Software as a Service (SaaS) company. Salesforce.com now has over 100,000 customers and is considered one of the best places to work by Fortune Magazine.
Bill is the Director of Online Community and Strategic Content at Autodesk. Before joining Autodesk, Bill was the Director of Online Community & Social Media at Dell, overseeing global online community, social media and open innovation strategy for the company. Prior to joining Dell, Bill was Chief Community Officer with Forum One Networks, where he directed social media events, collaborative research projects, and led the company’s commercial consulting practice. Bill has also held senior positions with an earlier stint at Autodesk; helped launch TechRepublic.com in the late 90‘s; and founded the Online Community Roundtable group, a professional networking community, in 1995. Bill is a recognized thought leader in the social media space and is a regular speaker and panelist at leading industry events.
John has been CFO of two public and three private technology companies. He currently provides consulting services to earlier stage software companies in the areas of raising capital and investor relations, business planning, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, GAAP accounting and audit support, and best practices for operations in technology organizations.
John’s career includes a successful IPO and secondary offering, the financial restatement and re-listing of an NYSE company on NASDAQ, the sale of a venture capital backed company for a substantial multiple of revenue, and raising in excess of of $50MM in venture capital and debt. He has helped numerous organizations grow from early stage to annual revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
After completing his MBA from Columbia University, Kevin joined Lehman Brothers which, was later acquired by Barclay’s Capital, as a member of the investment banking group. His responsibilities included advising companies on capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate valuation. Kevin left investment banking in 2010 and began working in asset management with a personal dedication to help employees attain their retirement goals.
Kevin focuses on managing investment portfolios for pension and profit sharing plans, institutional 401(k) plans, and defined benefits plans. Prior to his MBA, his experience was mainly focused on technology and medical technology firms in the bay area. Kevin has BA’s in both Economics and Human Biology with a concentration in cellular physiology from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Finance.
Andrea is an award-winning designer, illustrator and thought leader, who has for over 20 years focused on the creation of compelling experiences that benefit the lives of those who use digital tools and media. Her credits include the first online trading concept for Fidelity Investments, the first shopping cart/commerce concepts for Microsoft, and the creative direction behind four successful startups.
Andrea spent several years as the Director of Experience Design at Comcast and then as Sr Director of Design leading an innovative team at Yahoo. Today, Andrea is the Divisional VP of Design and Product for Sears Holdings Corporation, leading innovation as virtual worlds and actual worlds collide.
Glen was most recently CEO of Sendmail Inc., and is a seasoned global enterprise sales leader and operations executive, possessing trusted-advisor customer relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Glen advises and assists the Brandle team on sales and customer facing business operations.
Previously, while CEO at FaceTime Communications (now Actiance), Glen pioneered and helped define a new market of enterprise Instant Messaging security policy gateways for regulatory compliance management, auditing, and control. Messaging security and compliance for e-communications has now evolved to include social media networks.
